This sturdy bench is designed for meditation in the "seiza" or kneeling position. Handcrafted in Vermont from beautiful deep grained hardwoods, it comes sanded and ready for finishing.
Bench measures 18" w x 7 1/2" d x 8" h. The seat slopes from 8" in the back to 6 1/2" in the front. Fits men and women.
