The Zabuton Meditation Mat is a rectangular meditation cushion that provides cushioning and support during your meditation practices. It can be used alone, or with a zafu meditation pillow on top. 

Our zabuton covers allow you to replace a damaged cover or interchange the look of your zabuton flat mat without buying a new insert.

• Regular zabuton measures: 31" L x 26" W x 4" H.

• Jumbo zabuton measures: 36" L x 28" W x 4" H. Jumbo is recommended for our long-legged meditators over 6 ft tall.

• Made of durable 100% acrylic Sunbrella® fabric.
