ORDERING
When Will I Receive My Order?
Our typical production and shipping times are:

Meditation Cushions, Bolsters & Eye Pillows: Ship within 3–5 business days.

Meditation Supplies: Ship within 1 business day.

Meditation Jewelry & Mala Beads: Ship within 1 business day.
Please refer to individual product descriptions for any exceptions.
When Is My Credit Card Charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout.
How Do I Cancel An Order?
To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@dharmacrafts.com as soon as possible.
Please note:
- Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
- If an order is refused at delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
What is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team right away. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Can I Wash My Meditation Cushions?
Yes. All round buckwheat-filled zafu cushions, zabuton cushions, Roll Up & Go Yoga Mats, and support cushions feature a zippered removable cover that can be washed—unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Wholesale Orders
We are pleased to offer our meditation cushions, select Buddha statues, DharmaKids' cushions and many other items at wholesale. We generally reserve this pricing for our teaching community, zen centers, yoga studios, universities, retail storefronts and the hospitality industry. If you fall within one of these categories, please complete the application form.
SHIPPING
Shipping & Transit Times
Transit times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Due to rising shipping costs, we are currently unable to ship heavier or bulkier products internationally. Please note that all international sales are final. If you have any questions about placing an international order, feel free to contact our customer service team.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Do You Ship To P.O. or APO/FPO Boxes?
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses. We can ship small packages to P.O. Boxes; however, in many cases, we may need to request a physical street address, which can delay shipment.
