Easy Return Policy FAQ
We will gladly accept all returns within 30-days from purchase and in unused and original packaging. Should you receive a damage or defective item or should we have accidentally shipped you the wrong item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We stand behind all of our products and want you to be satisfied with all purchases.

How do I return?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and postal code to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date so we can assess the best approach in how to resolve your issue. We stand behind all of our products and we will make every effort to try and meet your expectations.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method less any shipping costs.
- Refund to store credit (if applicable) less any shipping costs.
How do I ship back the items?
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Return shipping costs are not reimbursable.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
