Kwan Yin (also known as Guan Yin or Quan Yin), is a female bodhisattva associated with love, mercy, compassion, and healing. She is primarily recognized by Eastern Asian Buddhists, although she is beloved worldwide by secular and non-secular people alike for her pacifistic and gentle nature. Goddess Kuan Yin is considered the female counterpart of the male bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara.

This beautiful jade Kwan Yin statue features a rubber bottom for added grip. We suggest indoor use for this piece, such as on a meditation shrine.
