Collection: Zafu
The zafu meditation cushion is a small, round pillow designed for use during seated meditation (seiza).
Our zafu cushions have been around since 1979, serving as beloved and trusted tools of the meditation community. While they might look a little different than they did back then, each cushion is still handmade with the same care and intention that inspired their conception all those years ago.
A zafu is the best meditation pillow if you're looking for a firm yet supportive sitting surface thanks to its organic buckwheat hull filling. Buckwheat meditation cushions offer a long-lasting and comfortable sitting surface that will help you stay focused during your daily meditation routine.
Choose from two styles: the regular zafu or our extra-tall Hi-Zafu, designed for tall meditators.
