Our bolsters are available in two different shapes and with two fill options: cotton and buckwheat hulls.
Cotton Meditation Bolster
Round measures 26.5" x 9" diameter, weighs approximately 4lbs.
Rectangular measures 11" x 25" x 6", weighs approximately 4lbs.
Buckwheat Meditation Bolster

Remove the zippered cover, turn it inside out and machine wash separately in cold water, gentle cycle.
Hang to dry. Do not put it in the dryer. Cotton will shrink in the dryer.
Buckwheat hull and 100% natural cotton batting filling should not get wet.
