The zabuton meditation mat is a rectangular meditation cushion that provides cushioning and support during your meditation practices. It can be used alone, or with a zafu meditation pillow on top.

Our zippered zabuton covers allow you to replace a damaged cover or interchange the look of your zabuton flat mat without buying a new insert.

Seiza is the traditional Japanese practice of sitting in a calm, kneeling posture, often associated with meditation, mindfulness, and quiet presence. Named for this grounding tradition, our Seiza fabric brings a sense of balance and thoughtful beauty to your space. Its ikat-inspired design features softly feathered lines and subtle variations characteristic of the traditional textile-dyeing technique.

• Regular zabuton measures 31" L x 26" W x 4" H.

• Jumbo zabuton measures 36" L x 28" W x 4" H. Jumbo is recommended for our long-legged meditators, or those over 6 ft tall.
